Amazon Dress Code: What You Can and Can't Wear

Fulfillment and Sort Center Employees

If you're working at an Amazon fulfillment or sort center, you must adhere to the following dress code.

Safety First

For safety reasons, you're required to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. In select business units, protective safety footwear may also be mandatory.

Professional Appearance

Dress in a professional, business casual manner. This includes clean, pressed clothing that covers your body appropriately. Clothing should not be revealing or too tight.

No Ripped or Torn Clothing

Avoid wearing ripped or torn clothing. This includes jeans, shirts, and other garments.

No Offensive Clothing or Accessories

Clothing or accessories that display offensive or inappropriate language or images are not permitted.

Can I wear acrylic nails?

Acrylic nails are not prohibited by Amazon's dress code policy. However, they should be kept short and not interfere with your work performance.
